3. Professional Services

ARTPRO.WORLD serves as a marketplace connecting clients with creative professionals. We do not provide creative services directly and are not responsible for:

• The quality of services provided by professionals
• Disputes between clients and professionals
• Any damages arising from services booked through our platform

Professionals are independent contractors and are solely responsible for their work, taxes, insurance, and compliance with applicable laws.

4. Payments and Fees

All payments made through ARTPRO.WORLD are processed securely through our payment partners. Service fees and payment terms are as follows:

• Platform service fee: 10% of the booking total (paid by professionals)
• Payment processing fee: 2.9% + €0.30 per transaction
• Payouts to professionals: Within 3-5 business days after service completion

Refunds and cancellations are subject to each professional's individual cancellation policy as displayed on their profile.

5. Intellectual Property

Users retain ownership of content they upload to the platform, including portfolio items, images, and videos. By uploading content, you grant ARTPRO.WORLD a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and promote your content for platform purposes.

You represent that you own or have the right to use all content you upload, and that such content does not infringe on any third-party rights.

6. Prohibited Activities

Users are prohibited from:

• Posting false, misleading, or fraudulent content
• Harassment, discrimination, or abuse of other users
• Circumventing platform fees through off-platform transactions
• Uploading malicious software or engaging in hacking activities
• Creating multiple accounts or impersonating others
• Scraping or collecting user data without authorization

7. Limitation of Liability

ARTPRO.WORLD is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

In no event shall ARTPRO.WORLD be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or services booked through it.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Berlin, Germany.
